I have set these policies in place to help us achieve the best customer service possible.


New Client Policy

All new clients must fill out medical history forms, waivers before services can be rendered. If its your first time visiting, please refer to booking, no show, late arrival policy.

Cancellation Policy

I require that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day [24-hours] before your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the cost of your scheduled services to the credit card on file.   If we are unable to process the transaction for any reason, you will be sent an invoice by email.  If the invoice is not paid within 30 days, it will be sent to a collection agency.  This policy is in place in order to compensate my business fairly for the time, and to cover overhead if you cancel with short notice, reschedule at check-in, or choose not to come in.  I thank you for your understanding and want to continue helping our wonderful South Bend community!  Cancellation fees may, in our absolute discretion, be waived for genuine reasons which were outside of your control, such as a medical condition that varies from day to day or pregnancy, or for situations out of our control.

Late Arrival Policy

It is important that our agreed appointment time and duration is adhered to. I appreciate and understand that sometimes, things happen, and you may arrive a little later or need to leave a bit earlier than planned. This is fine, but I cannot make up the missed time by overrunning your scheduled appointment or adding time to subsequent appointments. 

Booking Policy

I require a credit or debit card on file for NO-SHOW protection and last-minute ("late") cancellations.  These are held in complete confidentiality and will not be charged without permission unless permitted by our cancellation and no-show policy.   If a valid card cannot be on file, we will not schedule you.   

No Show Policy

I will attempt to contact you once and will attempt to leave you a voicemail. I am required to remain in the office only for the first 15 minutes of your appointment and if you are not present after 15 minutes I am allowed to leave, the appointment will be considered a "no show" and you will be charged a full-service fee (total cost of booked services) to the credit card on file.
